Vishal Karir, CFA

Vishal Karir is the founder and CEO of Harmoney Capital, a boutique investment management firm. Prior to starting his firm, Vishal managed multi-billion dollar portfolios at BlackRock and was VP of Prime Brokerage technology at Morgan Stanley. He is an Investment Manager and Quantitative Researcher with over 20 years of investment and technology experience, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Vishal’s career focus has been on the nature of risk, return, and investor behavior in diverse asset classes like equities, fixed income, commodities, and crypto. Vishal serves on the Board of Directors of Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, and began teaching personal finance for BAFEF in 2021.
