Lena Robinson

Lena Robinson is the Director of Community Development for First Republic Bank, working to identify lending and investment opportunities that support affordable housing, economic development and asset building in the Bank’s core markets. Previously, she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as Regional Manager of Community Development. She serves as a director on the boards of several Bay Area nonprofit organizations including the SF Housing Development Corporation, and is co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Council of Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center. Lena holds a master’s degree in international affairs with an emphasis on rural African development from Ohio University, and a bachelor’s in Japanese Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Lena is committed to helping Bay Area youth, and began volunteering with BAFEF in 2021.
