Our Leadership Team

 

President - Cameron A. Crisman, CFA

Cameron has been championing Bay Area financial literacy education through his work with BAFEF since 2009. Bringing over two decades of expertise in securities analytics and portfolio management, Cameron bridges the worlds of finance and community advocacy. Since 2011, he has served on the board and acted as CFO for the Petit Teton Foundation. He is also a dedicated partner in his family’s small farm business in Mendocino County and can be found weekly at the Clement St. farmers market in SF, where he helps feed his community.  Striving to grow agricultural education and small farm production state-wide, Cameron has been a volunteer board member with AIM (Agricultural Institute of Marin) since 2019.   


 

Vice President - Sharon Hayman, CFA

Sharon Hayman is now embracing a new chapter centered on exploration and impact after a successful career in investment management, including leadership roles at Jackson Square Partners and other global firms.

An avid traveler, Sharon enjoys discovering new cultures and perspectives around the world. She is equally passionate about financial literacy and is committed to helping others better understand and take control of their financial lives.

She is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA in marketing and finance from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Gettysburg College.

 

Treasurer - Salina Yeung, CPA, CFP®

Salina is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting, investments oversight, wealth management, and financial planning and analysis.  Salina gains her diverse perspectives from working in public accounting, private industry, investment firms, and from providing volunteer services to various non-profits.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.

 

Secretary - Jennifer Morimoto

Jennifer Morimoto has been a volunteer with BAFEF since 2022 and currently serves on the Executive Committee as Board Secretary and is the Chair of the foundation’s Marketing Committee. She is the Co-Founder and COO of private equity firm, Madison Investing, a real estate investment group.

In addition to her background in investing, she has over 15 years experience in brand strategy, digital marketing and ecommerce. She is a passionate financial literacy advocate. Jennifer holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder and lives in Alameda, CA with her husband and two sons.

 

Board Member - Erik Satre, CPA

Erik Satre, CPA is currently a Finance Strategist at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Cloud Economics group where he helps large companies understand the economics of moving to the Cloud. In addition to his work in economics, Erik has over a decade of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Strategic Advisor in Finance and Analytics. Erik has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Erik has been a volunteer with BAFEF since 2020 and is very passionate about financial literacy in education. In addition to teaching in BAFEF”s program, Erik is a member of BAFEF’s Curriculum Development Committee. Erik joined BAFEF’s Board of Directors in 2022.

 

Board Member - David Lindenbaum, CFP®

David Lindenbaum is an executive level wealth management expert with a specialty in managed accounts, cryptocurrency and alternative investments. He has successfully lead product development/management departments at top banking and brokerage institutions including Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo and Bear Stearns. He has a lifelong passion for financial planning, education and wellness. David received a BA from UC Davis and earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1997.

 

Board Member - Michelle Toney

Michelle Toney is a professor in the Metro College Success Program at San Francisco State University, where she teaches Statistics for Social Justice. She supports young adults who are often navigating college and their finances at the same time.

Michelle spent two decades in banking and operations before moving into education, with senior roles at First Republic Bank, Bank of the West, Kaiser Permanente, HP, Blue Shield of California, Visa Inc., and Wells Fargo, specializing in business process improvement, systems analysis, and project management.

 

Program Director- Rebecca Amaya

Rebecca Amaya joined BAFEF in late 2025.  Rebecca enjoyed 20+ years as a fixed income trader in the financial industry before transitioning to a financial role in the private sector. 

Rebecca enjoys all the Bay Area has to offer in her free time including working with youth at both BAFEF, National Parks and local farmers markets.
