Improving the economic education and financial literacy of Bay Area youth.

Our volunteers have helped thousands of Bay Area students improve their financial literacy. Please help us reach even more students by supporting us with your donation or corporate sponsorship.

We teach Bay Area youth about the basics of personal finance including understanding credit, budgeting, paying for college, basics of investing, taxes and more. Our classes are taught by volunteers who work in the finance industry. Our classes are provided for free at high schools, colleges and nonprofits that work with at-risk or underserved youth.

In today’s world, navigating the sea of financial decisions is more complicated than ever.
Young people need to understand the basic principles of personal finance before they enter adulthood.

A roadmap for success.

From understanding credit scores to budgeting for college; from the economic way of thinking and the value of human capital to saving for retirement and building a safety net - our programs provide critical, relevant and engaging content that gives Bay Area students the knowledge they need for financial stability.

Many States have already implemented mandatory personal finance instruction in high school, but California still has no requirement – and is rated one of the lowest of all States when it comes to financial education.

Our programs address this gap in our education system.

We provide critical resources and support for Bay Area teachers and students, giving them the tools they need to make informed decisions about their finances.
